Refund policy

At Jessie Glamour, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately at lena@jessieglamour.com if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

    We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (flowers, food, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Opened or used cosmetics due to hygiene reasons

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange a product, we recommend returning your item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
